Yolo County SPCA's Hope Fund is designed to be a one-time loan of up to $500 for responsible pet owners who are currently struggling with vet care for their animal, or with paying a pet deposit.  Donating to this cause helps provide funds to keep already owned and loved animals with their owners and helps prevent these animals from ending up in shelters.
