The time is here!  Spay Day 2013 is just around the corner and appointments are already being made!  If you make less than 35k/year and need to spay a pet, make your appointment today!  Cost is $15 per cat and $20 per dog.  Spay or Neuter comes with free vaccines and microchip!  Be sure to tell friends and co-workers about this unique opportunity.  Dog and female cat slots fill very quickly so be sure to make your appointment asap!

More than 700 animals were altered in Spay Day 2013!  If you missed the 14th annual Spay Day and need to fix your animal, never fear.  There are also vouchers available through Sacramento Area Animal Coalition (typically year-round) for $10-15 if you are low income.  Go to sacanimal.org to fill out a voucher form.  Many thanks to all the wonderful volunteers (including all you Yolo SPCA volunteers!) for your participation in Spay Day this year.
